Our fuel dispensing hoses are crafted for smooth, efficient refueling operations across industries, designed with a focus on durability and reliability. Built from robust, reinforced materials, they enhance safety by resisting wear and tear, thereby reducing the risk of leaks. These hoses are engineered for maximum flexibility and maneuverability, making handling and positioning easy during refueling. Resistant to corrosion, they can withstand fuel, chemicals, and environmental elements. Compatible with various fuel types, including gasoline, diesel, and biodiesel, they offer a versatile, adaptable solution for diverse refueling applications across industries.

Our premium Cloth-Reinforced Nitrile Hose, specifically designed for effective fuel delivery applications. Available in both 3/4″ and 1″ internal diameter sizes, this durable hose is ideal for transferring diesel, ensuring reliable performance and safety.

Each hose is made from high-quality nitrile material, offering excellent resistance to fuels, oils, and other petroleum-based products. The cloth reinforcement enhances the hose’s structural integrity, providing greater durability and flexibility, making it suitable for a variety of demanding environments.

Our nitrile hoses are sold in customisable lengths, allowing you to select the exact measurement you require—up to a maximum of 30 metres in a continuous piece. This ensures that you can tailor your purchase to match your specific project needs without the inconvenience of multiple shorter lengths.

Introducing our high-performance steel reinforced hose, designed specifically for optimal use with diesel and oil applications. This premium hose features a helicoidal steel reinforcement integrated into its walls, providing exceptional durability and structural integrity. The unique design prevents the hose from collapsing under suction pressures or during winding on a hose reel, ensuring reliability in a variety of operational environments.

Available for purchase in cut lengths, our hoses are sold by the meter, with a maximum length of 30 meters available in a single continuous piece. This flexibility allows for customized lengths tailored to your specific requirements, minimizing waste and enhancing efficiency in your projects.

We offer two conveniently sized internal diameters for immediate availability: 3/4 inch and 1 inch. These options cater to a broad range of applications, making our steel reinforced hose a versatile choice for professionals in numerous industries.

3/4″ Nitrile diesel hose for dispensing complete with crimped on male threaded BSP hose tails. Optional 3/4″ or 1″ hose tails.

This diesel hose is a specially formulated blend of nitrile compound and PVC. The three layer construction is strengthened by 24 polyester braid reinforcement. It is then heated and chemically bonded to create an extremely strong and reliable hose solution.

As it is specifically designed to convey diesel fuel, this hose is resistant to oil and fuel and will withstand prolonged contact. The working pressures quoted within the charts are based on the short term burst pressures calculated at 20°C using a 4-to 1 safety factor. Maximum recommended working temperature is 45°C. At temperatures above 20°C working pressures quoted would be affected. Below -25°C bend radius and flexibility would be affected.

Our 1″ steel reinforced diesel hose has a helicoil of steel running through the wall to prevent it collapsing and restricting the flow.

Two-layer hose in thermoplastic PVC/PU/NITRILE rubber compound with embedded galvanised steel spiral and polyester yarn reinforcement for suction and delivery of oils, blue diesel, diesel and bio-diesel.

The working pressures quoted within the chart are based on the short term burst pressures calculated at 23°C using a 4-to 1 safety factor.

Maximum recommended working temperature is 60°C. At temperatures above 55°C working pressures quoted would be affected. Below -25°C bend radius and flexibility would be affected.

Hose tail variations: There are 3 options for hose tails, 1” BSP Parallel male hose tail, ¾” BSP Parallel male hose tail and 1” BSP taper male hose tail. Use the drop down box to select which is required.

Fitting Parallel vs Taper:

parallel thread has a straight thread and will continue to screw all the way in until it reaches its full thread length or bottoms out on the internal surface.  This is ideal if the seal is using an o’ring or gasket(thread depth dependant for gaskets).

A taper thread increases in size so will tighten as it is screwed in and usually lock up completely before it reaches its full length of thread.

If the seal is going to be an o’ring or a gasket then parallel thread would normally be the best option.

If the seal is thread on thread with no o’ring or gasket then potentially either can be used. For moderately low pressure applications for which this hose is intended both taper and parallel thread can be sealed using an appropriate thread seal tape i.e. PTFE white plumbers tape, or appropriate thread sealant paste/glue.  For parallel thread more thread seal tape will be necessary.  A taper thread will require less thread seal tape and be able to be tightened to a higher degree(NB: the hose tails are aluminium thread – overtightening may cause damage).
