– GROZ WATER/PARTICULATE BLOCK FUEL FILTER –

A Groz Fuel Tank Filter to suit different types of fuels in agricultural & industrial applications. Durable & lightweight design for easy installation on mobile & stationary fuel tanks and on gasoline & diesel fuel pumps.

A transparent polycarbonate bowl provides a visual aid to inspection the filter and a water-drain plug is provided in order to release any water that settles in the bottom of the bowl. This fuel tank filter comes complete with a water-block 10-micron element and a replacement water block & particulate filter element is available, also is a 10-micron particulate only version.

The water block filter element is impregnated with a water-absorbing polymer that absorbs and traps any water that comes into contact with it.

– FIXED HOSE TAILS –

These tails are CNC machined in house in our workshop in aluminium to suit 1 inch and 3/4 inch hose. Should you require a large quantity please contact us for a lead time so we can plan your order on our machines. Available as straight connectors to fit same sized hose/nozzles or to act as reducer/enlargers to connect different sized hose/nozzles. Suitable for diesel and most standard fuels. Not suitable for use with AdBlue.

All BSPM threads are parallel with the exception of ‘1 BSPM Taper x 1 Tail’, which is suitable for use where it is not being fitted into a nozzle/swivel that has a seating washer. You will need to ensure you have the correct size jubilee clips to attach the hose tails to your hose.

We supply a range of sizes including 3/8″, 1/2″, 3/4″ and 1″ filter heads.

We also supply paper or stainless steel mesh replacement filter elements in various grades such as 15 and 100 microns.

Fuel Filters

We supply cannester fuel filters, along with the filter heads for flow rates upto 150 litres per minute, for pumped and gravity feed systems. We do various grades including 2,10,30 and 100 microns. In particulate and water block. The water block filters we do come with a filter bowl with a water drain tap for removal of water in the filter.

Important note:  These are genuine Golden Rod Filters & Elements and are not ‘grey imports/forgeries’

Standard Particulate only model

For removing microscopic particles (10 microns) of rust, sand, dirt, scale and lint. 366 sq. inches of filter surface for efficient action. Unit works well by itself or in combination with the water block fuel filter for added protection from water in the fuel. 9 1⁄2″ high x 4″ diameter.

Water + Particulate Model

Removes water from gasoline and diesel fuel. 15 micron filtration. Water-absorbing polymers trap water, restricting fuel flow when it is time to replace the element. May be used by itself or in combination with a Particulate fuel filter for added protection against microscopic particle contamination. 9 1/2″ high by 4″ diameter.

Groz Water Block Filter, 1″ BSP

Duplex Filter System for Cimtek compatible filter canisters

This Duplex Filter System allows you to change your canister filter elements without stopping the flow of your fuel.

The pipe work is all 1″ BSP and has a swivel 1 end to enable easy fitting with either flexible or fixed hose.
